The Uno comes in three fixed sizes. Before you order, take one of the two measurements below. If your measurement falls between two sizes, go with the larger one.
Small Stick length: 80 cm / 32" Your height: 162 to 170 cm / 5'4" to 5'7" Weight: approx. 300g
Medium Stick length: 85 cm / 34" Your height: 171 to 180 cm / 5'8" to 5'11" Weight: approx. 340g
Large Stick length: 90 cm / 36" Your height: 181 to 190 cm / 6'0" to 6'3" Weight: approx. 370g

How to measure
Option 1: Measure to your wrist Put on the shoes you wear most often. Stand normally with your arm relaxed at your side and your elbow slightly bent. Measure from the floor to your wrist joint. Match that number to the size above. Between two sizes? Go larger.
Option 2: Measure an existing stick If you already have a stick that fits you well, measure it from the tip of the foot to the top of the handle and match to the closest size above.
